Stuart Keiser was previously employed with the largest regional accounting firm headquartered in Maryland maintaining a senior associate position in the Accounting and Auditing department.  He was responsible for planning and supervising multiple audit engagements in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, wholesale and retail companies, closely held financial institutions, and not-for-profit organizations.

Mr. Keiser was responsible for the preparation and review for a variety of partnership and corporate tax returns relating to the above mentioned industries.

With regard to Not-For-Profit Organizations, Mr. Keiser has extensive experience with OMB Circular A-133 and the single audit act of 1984, 501 (c) (3) organizations and their tax exempt related issues.

Mr. Keiser is a manager in K&K's accounting and auditing department.  He is and alumni of Towson State University where he received his Bachelors degree in finance in 1989.  He earned his Certificate of Accounting form the University of Baltimore in 1991 and became a Certified Public Accountant immediately thereafter.  Mr. Keiser is a member of the AICPA, the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants, and the Maryland Association of Nonprofit Organizations.
